Delta Central Grinding Mills were developed for grinding of apples and pears. In the meantime they are successfully used for the milling of various other fruits and vegetables such as cherries, carrots, onions etc.

The grinding mills of the Central series consist of a casing in which the feeding screw and the milling device are installed. The product to be disintegrated is continuously fed by the feeding screw. The milling device is formed by the milling shell with grinding knives in fixed positions. The disintegration is obtained by a rotor pulling the product over the milling device.
