Bucher Foodtech has manufactured and supplied machinery and processing lines for the production of cloudy NFC fruit juices and fruit juice concentrates since decades. Our core competence is the production of juices from apples, pears, grapes, black & red currants, pomegranates, cherries, cranberries and elderberries and different kind of vegetables. The core markets for our adsorber and ion exchange technology are citrus and pineapple
products.

Bucher Foodtech supplies equipment for small processors with an hourly throughput between 1 and 5 t/h as well as industrial scale processing lines with throughputs from 5 to 100 t/h.

Bucher Foodtech manufactures all required key machinery for juice production such as:

Delta Line: Reception lines, mills, mash heaters

Bucher Line: Hydraulic and pneumatic presses

Flavy Line: Cross-flow filters, adsorbers, ion exchangers, evaporators

Furthermore we plan and supply the required peripheral equipment of a juice plant including piping and control systems.
